Senior Citizen Card Andhra Pradesh 2025
People who are above 60 years of age and are permanent residents of Andhra Pradesh can apply for a Senior Citizen Card. Application for the Card can be done through the Online and Offline modes. Senior Citizenship Cards in Andhra Pradesh enabled People to get Benefits from the Government Welfare Schemes like Old Age pension and Other social Assistance Programs.

- You can Also Apply By using Offline Mode by downloading the Application form PDF
- Click on the Application Form Link given on the Homepage.
- Enter Your Full Name, Father’s Name, and Date of Birth.
- Select Gender and Caste.
- Now enter Your Registered Mobile Number and Aadhaar card.
- Select Your District from the list and provide the full Address.
- Now click on the Submit button for Senior Citizen Card Andhra Pradesh.

- Visit the Official Website of APDASCAC.
- Click on the application Status button given on the Homepage.
- Enter Your Application ID and Click on the Submit Button to check Your Status.

- Visit the Nearest Tahsildar Office and ask for the Application for Senior Citizen Card Andhra Pradesh.
- Fill in the Personal Details, Like Name, Age, and Other Details like Address.

This is just an useless attempt to try here. I tried several times and failed to get the service. For getting the card we are taking the troubles & after receiving the card for getting the services of senior citiizens just you can imagine the plight. False services and cards should not be announced to please individuals. Only when the Government is really interested in extending the service, it should get prepared in all respects and announce/declare..

In APDASCAC PORTAL/Web site, there is no provision for applying or Application for Senior Citizen Card. A P Government should provide Senior Citizen Application on line or Off line and it should be visible application for down load as pdf. Which department issue Senior Citizen ID card? and where to submit the application? Please provide all the information as early as possible.

I just spoke with the Sachivalayam staff—they informed me that the Senior Citizen application link is accessible only through them. So, please visit your nearest Sachivalayam to apply.

Seems Name sake information by the Govt. of AP. What the office of the CM doing on these Officers who are not at all have any concern on the Say of CM of Andhra Pradesh. Hopeless administration, It is just making up a “great show” but practically do nothing to the senior citizens except deceiving decently.
I don’t know, when these govts improve its single window systems through online even in this era of Industry 4.0. A simple link is needed to provide to apply online for senior citizen cards, for which why the senior citizen to go to sachivalayam and stand in line , where those young staff poses a lot of course they are too loaded, which can be done by sitting at home.
AP govt , IT dept need to look into, NIC is already seems given it to sachivalayam, why can’t to put online for making it simple. Every small thing we cannot expect CBN or Modi to come to do it.

The Admin has already told to contact Mee Seva or Sachivalayam to get Sr Citizen Card.
