Senior Citizen Card Maharashtra 2026
The Government of Maharashtra has started the Application for the Senior Citizen Card for individuals above 60 Years. The Government will also Provide Benefits in Health, Travel, and Other Facilities like Pension.
Card Holders will also get preference in Passport Office, Court Cases Hearing, Government Schemes, and Old Age Pension.
Benefits of the Maharashtra Senior Citizen Card
- Cardholders will get concessions on Maharashtra Bus tickets, Train Tickets, and Air Tickets. Cardholders will be able to opt for the Senior Citizens Saving Scheme.
- Higher FD interest Rates will be given to the Bank.
- Health insurance and medication will also be given to them.
Maharashtra Senior Citizen Card Eligibility Criteria
- The Applicant must be at least 60 years of Age.
- Applicants must be permanent residents of Maharashtra State.

- Address Proof
- Residence Certificate
- Blood group
- Mobile Number
- Passport Size Photo
- Declaration Form
Senior Citizen Card Maharashtra Apply Online
- Visit the Aaple Sarkar and log in to your account or register for a new one.
- Now, Click on the Senior Citizen Certificate.
- Enter your Personal, Address, and Contact Details accurately for communication purposes.
- Now upload the scanned Copies of Your Required Documents.
- Click on the Submit Form button and note the Reference Number to check the Senior Citizen Card Maharashtra Status.
Tried umpteen times but website not active it seems. Very disturbing
I could reach upto OTP in my Mobile number, further the page did not open. Tried several time but of no use. This is the intial stage of my complaint. Hope the Government will provide alternate route for registeration of my application.

These are Eye wash. Most of the messages are fraud and confusing senior citizen. Why can’t the Govt. publish a simple and clear application form so that the needy people can apply for the card.

Tried multiple times. There seems to be a major issue…very frustrating…why does the concerned IT department do proper testing and correct the flaws before rolling it out to the citizens. Is this a jhumla as the opposition parties keep harping?
Request the concerned Ministry to rectify the gltches…this is an harrassment of senior citizens.

The portal forms don’t work. The Captcha is giving a problem and so also in the other option the Username is not getting accepted, despite putting in correct credentials multiple times. Someone needs to fix this problem asap
After so many attempts for last few days I am completely drenched off in applying online for Senior Citizen Card and Ayushman Vaya Vandana Card.

I’ve been trying over 2 weeks to make this for my parents, the portal is useless, the tollfree doesn’t work; is there anywhere we can complain about the same?

LOOKS LIKE GOVT TAKE SENIOUR CITIZEN FOR GRANTED AND ASSUMES THAT THEY HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO PLAY WITH PORTAL WITHOUT ANY OUTCOME.
PLEASE GET THIS PORTAL WORKING OR REMOVE IT.
Applied for Senior Citizen Card on 21st June and got SMS send to Tahasildar desk on 28 june thereafter site down when checking.
